We want you to be completely satisfied with your Soru Jewellery purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
