Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, with express options available at checkout for most international destinations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes, we pride ourselves on using genuine semi-precious stones. As these are natural materials, slight variations in color and pattern may occur, making every piece unique.
Does my jewellery come with a warranty?
Every SORU piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
